Need some help...

I need a software that can show me the current upload and download speed of my internet connection. I have one, but it's not very good. It only has to show those values numerically. Better if it can show the speeds in the system tray (near the clock).

Can anyone recommend me uch as software?

Thanks. But I want something very simple, without the graphs. Can you disabled them in DU Meter? Also, if it goes along with Vista's GUI, it would be great.
