how to increase dl speed in utorrent

Well for downloading torrent files i used this method. it is easy to follow and gives u 45+ speeds 4 most of the time!!
download utorrent 1.7.7 not 1.8!!! from filehippo

can be downloaded from the right hand side link(in case u miss!!)
after running utorrent set the speed to 100Mbits then add a exception for the utorrent port in da firewall(if u hav installed a one)
then add a torrent file to utorrent, go to the torrent properties by right clicking the added torrent file and go to properties.
In the general tab enter the "Maximum upload rate to 2 or 1"(dont use 0)
check da download speed after a while!!!
