anyway 1.8 had been programmed to increase downloading speed along with the uploading rate. If you restrict the uploading rate to a low level like 1-3 kB/s the downloading rate goes down.

utorrent encourages to seed more from the launch of 1.8!! Thats y...

Yep ....I totally Agree...

when u use 1.8 & limit upload speed to 1KB ..donload only goes to 12KB or less..:eek:

So I use bittorent 6.0.. it is same as utorrent 1.77:D
