AMD processors can be overclocked to sum great extents....

Today morning @ 12.00 a.m I started overclocking my CPU,and i finished with testing it @ 1.00 a.m.[Since i only hav to adjust the FSB and ma Motherboard do the rest tweaking-memory,cpu VID etc-, sothat it was easy]
I use an AMD Athlon 64 3200+[venice,512KB L2,Socket 939].It runs @ 2000MHz default.I oced it into 2700MHz it didnt crashed @ any games or video rendering. But i was littlebit afraid of so much and lowered it into 2500MHz.Coz i havent ran very very hard tests.

There r the ram tweaks for OCing[at least in my mobo]
MCT timing:-CL,TRC,TRFC,TRCD,TRRD,TRAS,TRP,TWR,TWTR,TRWT,TREF, TWCL
MEMORY DQ DRIVE STRENGTH
r/w QUEVE BYPASS COUNT
bYPASS MAX,Asyc Latency,Read PREAMBLE,IDLE CYCLE LIMIT
DYNAMIC IDLE CYCLE CENTER,CMD ADDR timing .

CPU tweaks
CPU VID,CPU Ratio(multiplier),CPU FSB frequency

Also u have to adjust the CPU & RAM voltage.
Dont think i adjusted them all.I just changed the CPU:FSB ratio,FSB frequency & 2,3 other ,rest was tweaked by mobo to suit it self.
here is the results shown by CPU-Z.

If anybody has OCed an Athlon lemme knw.So we can compare what will be best for Athlons.

Make sure it's 100% stable at those speeds, otherwise you will feel like not overclocking at all, if it starts to crash when you do a critical task on the PC.

Are you sure it is stable? (I'm not it couldn't be, but are you 100% sure?)

what do u mean by that?Its very much enough that a 2000MHz cpu gave a 500MHz more.I even hav another 200MHz in hand,Wont I?
