Without a CC, its not possible to buy a Godaddy hosting account. Try buying web hosting from a local company since you can pay for those without using a credit card.

solution ekak tiyenawa ... Sampath Bank eke tiyenawa web card kiyala ekak ... its a Virtual Credit Card .... oyata ekata salli daala internet eke payments karanna puluwan ....
