paypal supports credit cards in sl @ da moment...but in other country's you can use a debit card....sampath web card does not have a detail bill so when you want to verify ur account there will be a prob...try hsbc debit card but im not sure...

you cant verify debit cards for paypal. only credit cards....

HNB debit card walin verify karanda puluwa,

Use HNB Debit Card. Go to your nearest HNB Branch and open a new savings account. Initially you have to deposit 2000/= SLR. They will give you a HNB VISA DEBIT Card (On the spot). The card will be activated within 7 days (I'm not 100% sure about that).
(After 7 days)
Now you have to Phone HNB Card Center and ask them to activate online payments for your card. 0112671955.

They will activate your online payment facility for a certain time (say 1 week). Now you are eligible for online payments. To activate your PAYPAL account............ Follow the instructions in this (http://www.elakiri.com/forum/showthread.php?t=712054) thread.
