Standalone software

What are the software that will work standalone (i.e. without installing). Post the software which will work once installed, and will even continue to do so when you reinstall Windows. Of course you have to have them on a separate partition. They might put entries in the registry once they are executed, but still if they work 100% without any issue, they are applicable to be in this list.
