Bypassing Blocked WebSites
First of all i recommend u to use firefox it`s much better.
so bypassing blocked sites is very simple all u have to do is use a proxy eg:- proxyfoxy
TESTED ON MANY SITES BY ME 100% WORKING......!!!!
so for testing try visiting this link http://www.proxyfoxy.com/ (http://lankagamer.ning.com/profiles/blogs/%3Cb)
then u have to enter the blocked site u wish to go eg:-youtube [ don`t leave comments saying that youtube is not blocked i know that youtube is only a example ]

NOTE : In the future i will post a method that uses ip to bypass these sites in this method u need to convert the ip of the site into binary and so on............. the thing i can`t remember this.I will try to find it again and i will soon post it here............!!!!

Copy And Paste This On the AdressBar of ur web browser with the address of the blocked site
