Airtel users please help me

Hey Guys I bought a Airtel prepaid sim today. I cant make any calls. It says network busy. What should I do about it. I tried to call 0755 555555 also.Its also not working

P.S. Sorry for opening another thread for Airtel ;) ;) ;)

i think you need to inform them..... sometimes it must be a signal error on your location......

But full signal in my area.(Katubedda) I tried to call the customer service from land line. Its also not working :(:(:(
SMS is working. It delivered. Still no reply from friend :):):)

matchan airtel eke system overload wela lu... eka thamai okkotoma network busy wenne and they dont have mms and gprs yet... un hithuwata wadiya users la register wela eka hinda they are having a huge bandwidth problem they have ran out of sims and got it today hehe thawa masayak withara yai hariyanna!...

thawa sumanayak withara yai sims retails walata yanna... go and check in there head office they might have.. hehe but honestly if u think about it airtel is not the cheepest in sl?? i think stil per second blaster comes first ? i dont kw...
