IT SAYS "FOR USE IN JAPAN ONLY" BUT IT CAN BE USED IN OTHER COUNTRIES TOO

i also have a softbank model with a rotating screen (SHARP) and it also says use only in japan. I checked all sorts of ways but then found that it cannot be use in sri lanka as it is nor a GSM phone. it is a CDMA phone. so please check whether its a GSM or CDMA type. if its a GSM phone you may get it unlocked by if its a CDMA phone nothing cannot be done

It is a GSM phone, different guys say different prices to unlock it , as much as Rs 3500/=
