Dolby DTS Decorder

Does Any body know? where can I get external Dolby DTS 5.1 decoder with Fibre and Coaxialinputs, the output should be 6 analogue lines for power amp. I have a just a 5.1 Amplifier which is good quality and it does not have fibre or Coaxial input.

Or anybody have malfunctioned or broken DTS amplifier that I can get the decoder board only. If you have please let me know .if it’s suits for me I’ll get that.
