And they are not the latest either. You can buy new DVDs for a lot cheaper than one can imagine from Pettah/Fort. :(

and most dvd players in SL dont support divx ..... only latest ones gettin dat ne

Our DVD player supports DivX/XviD. I looked specifically for one that supports them, 'cos almost all the movies I have are DivX/XviD (and the ones I download).

But you can reconvert the DivX files to DVD, but it will not have the default menu and subtitles. :(

it's just a figure of speech... I am a DVD Junkie, I collect huge amounts each time I come to SL on holiday.. so what I meant was, all this time I thought only I was DVD crazy..guess I was wrong.... :-) there's more people like he lol!

I don't collect them as I used to. I hardly backup a movie anymore. I watch them, and delete them.

Two reasons.
1. I hardly ever watch a movie twice
2. I'm saving money for an LCD monitor, so can't spend them on blank DVDs, unless it's really worth
