AFAIK, Core 2 Duo E6300 goes for about Rs.23,000 the cheapest and 1GB DDR2-667 Kingston for about Rs.13,500 the cheapest.

That's the bitter one! I saw a 7600GS 256MB card at Mitech for Rs.14,500. That's a good deal IMO.

BTW I claimed warrenty 4 ma monitor.I'm goin 2 sell it after it gets back.@ what should I mone to.Now Ive 3 options.
1.Move to a 17' LG flat CRT
2.2nd hand 15' IBM LCD[still not sure about this]
3.I saw this weeks papers.They were filled with 2nd hand LCDs.
Moving to one of them..

You will get a new monitor because of the warranty, right? Why would you want to just another 17" CRT after selling it? Either go for an LCD, or keep the current monitor.
