HELP MOBITEL

Do anybody know the correct times(TIME SCHEDULE) where mobitel charges 50cents per minute on mobitel to mobitel or to any fixed land line ON UPAHARA PACKAGE...............im quite confused because the mobitel site and their posters on communication stores tell two different times:confused: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: .................:D :D :D :D :D :D
