The LTTE exploded another claymore mine at Atchchuveli in Jaffna at 3.50 a.m today (Thursday the 27th of July).

The incident took place in the vicinity of the Ellalan library at Atchchuveli on the Jaffna-Atchchuveli main road.

A Tamil civilian 24-year of age was killed in this explosion.

The victim who was usually delivers newspapers to nearby residence in the Atchchuveli area. The incident occurred when he was on his way to collect the daily papers for delivery, from the newspaper agent at Atchchuveli.

LTTE missed its target again and exploded it at the Tamil civilian while they are trying to convince the international community as they are the "Sole Representative" of Tamils. This incident is yet another instance of the LTTE being unsuccessful to kill service personnel using claymore mines. The fact that amongst the casualties there were only civilians and no service personnel, drives home the point that the LTTE failed to kill or harm any such army personnel.

However its indeed surprising whilst the LTTE calls itself the "saviors" and the Sole representatives of the Tamil community, it also openly engages in assassinating it's rival political leaders, killing innocent civilians conscripting innocent children and harassing people of all ages, of its very own Tamil community.

It is indeed a mockery of justice that the LTTE still feels that they can continue to "hoodwink" the international community.
