Installing IE-7 on XP

In my system I've set Windows update to download automatically and notify me to install, so now IE7 has been downloaded, asks me whether to install

and it says...

I skipped the WGA update earlier when it came 3-4 months back, coz if our os fails their Genuine advantage test, a messagge will be shown saying your copy of windows is not genuine and ..etc, I knew about the matter those days, but wud the same happen if I install IE7 :confused:

And are those WGA cracks harmless? has any one tried. :(

yup dude ders no prob in cracks but if u install dat wga thn every time u rebbot a message will be on da scree sayin dat ur xp is not genuin and dats reely irritatin so its bettah to crak and install..... just search machan ive post a IE7(cracked)in da forum..... dload it and install if u want;););)

i updated ma sys..so IE automatically gt installed...jst try updatin ur sys..

I don't know whether they are harmless or not, because I have never used a WGA crack. But, most people are using it without saying that they are having trouble.

hey i downloaded the original windows explorer 7 .. bye searchin on google.. search for (windows explorer 7 FINAL) then download a registry validation crack.. just before runnin the IE-7 installation use the reg crack.. i think i saw a registry validation crack in the downloads area if not gimme ur addy ill mail it to ya..

Downloaded thru torrents.
How? It's great. Takes longer to turn off/hibernate though. That's my only negative point at this point.

Guys, matter solved, installd tckrockz's crack, installd IE-7 downloaded by Windows Update automatically. now using...

IE-7 rocks! cooooool, except weird text rendering (clear type fonts i guess)

Yeah, in IE7, the font is ClearType by default.
And in Vista, everything is ClearType by default. Once you get used to it, you won't go back. But it's not all that easy to get used to ClearType, mainly on a CRT.
