Must be an ASUS or Gigabyte.I doubt it is a ASUS one.Only they can get the BIOS image from a floppy or a bootable flash.Go to the site,dload the newest BIOS for the mobo,make a flash formatted in FAT32 or a floppy ,put the BIOS image in the disk.IT will ask to flash the BIOS from the new image,answer yes.Most probably is corrupted BIOS.

LOL,it can't access a Hard disk,usually.Just run the exe from the site.It will extract some files.there will be a .bin file .thats the BIOS image.format your flash drive in FAT32 and put it there. (if need bootable ,use HP USB flash disk wizard + Windows me startup files).

8ipe1000.f12,flash891.exe and autoexec.bat are the files you get after extracting that .exe.Autoexec.bat will run the flash891.exe which will flash your BIOS with new F12 BIOS.Its that simple.I was in doubt that usually Gigabyte have dual-BIOS but now I see that yours is 1/4th of me old :P
