Then, burn your data to DVDs (if you want more redundancy, keep a mirror copy of each DVD)
If this is not good enough for you, we need to know what sort of backup you are talking about.

Sory Machan I mean not all my Hard Drive. Only windows partition

use norton ghost and make a image of ur windows partition,to another hard disk

well i only use DVD's and write them @ 4X only

if u dosent having a another hard disk,then the best way is writing DVD's thamai.

On high quality media, you will not see any difference between the burn quality of 4x and 16x. Example, Taiyo Yuden DVDs.

Yes thats right. But machan if u burn on unbranded DVDs 4X is the best speed.

I had few Imation 16X DVD+Rs and the quality was very bad at 16x, 12x, 8x, 4x and even 2.4x (the lowest supported on my burner). I hate them! Very bad for backups. You are better off having them on your hard drive :( :(

Not with high quality media (Taiyo Yuden, Mitsubishi Chemical etc.)
