Which is better?

Can any one explain the different between these 3 courses and which is better what are the subjects,and best job related course.

*Information and communication technology-BICT-UCSC


*Information technology- IT-Moratuwa university

*Management and information technology-MIT-Kelaniya Uni



And is it worthy to study BICT in UCSC,coz some says it's worthless comparing to others.If any one can help me out there it will be great help:D
