DELL LAPTOP hardware problem ( Need Help)

Machan i'm using a DELL XPS 1530 laptop with genuine windows Vista.
I want to partition my hard drive.

i tried to do it using partition magic. bt it did not worked. and i tried it with Computer management. i can shrink the volume of C drive. bt i cant create a new drive.

i have done dis before. to do that i have to delete the F drive of my computer and then i can extend the F drive. i cant create a new drive.

machan b carefull ,
if u created a new partition , ur f8 option will never come back
I did same thing for my 1510 , so after that i couldnt access the f8 recovery option

now i can access to da recovery option booting from da vista cd, then i can recover da os. {search dell help}
