So, the rear exhaust fan alone seems to be better than rear exhaust fan + front intake fan. That's unbelievable.

I've never used intake fans.But the PC cooled well.Infact why do we need intake fans?they attract more dust for me and the vacuum effect does the intake ne.

Vacuum effect can be considered as a passive cooling mechanism. Having an intake fan could be considered as an active cooling mechanism.

Active cooling is in most cases efficient than passive cooling. Here, it could be because of air pressure building inside the case that the temps are higher. If done properly, it might be efficient. Or it might even be that the warm air surrounding the hard drives being pushed into the motherboard area.

And vacuum effect brings in dust as well. However, when you have intake fans, it's better to use filters. I used pieces of an old mosquito net as filters and they trapped quite a lot of dust without letting them sneak in.

Eleven 120mm. fans were found in this beast plus six other high-RPM 80mm. fans. It kept the system cool but at a cost of nearly opening up a dimensional rift in the time-space continuum. The question remains if one fan is enough or is it more? We set aside an AMK SX1000 (http://216.194.97.196/amkusa/itemsx1000window.html) PC case as the victim.
This is cool in bothways it seems.But proved bad in one way.
I also found out that without 120mm fan PSU doesnt get much hot.Or it is might be there is no monitor connected.I'll try it after monitor arrives and post the results.

I use a piece of soft cloth to cover the vents.Dont know the material of cloth.It has some what larger holes than in a normal cloth.Traps large amount of dust.

Good for your PSU. Not good for your CPU. The bottom intake fan of a PSU is there to cool the CPU, or rather, make room for cool air. If it's there, you're better off keeping it running.

If u want to ge the job done the easiest way to fix a piece of cloth in between the fan and the case wall fitting in with the bolts.Not stealing strainers and keeping them aside of pcs.And I see that ur family members think narrowly.Valav[ilav] haamu lane..:lol: :lol:

If u want to ge the job done the easiest way to fix a piece of cloth in between the fan and the case wall fitting in with the bolts.Not stealing strainers and keeping them aside of pcs.And I see that ur family members think narrowly.Valav[ilav] haamu lane..:lol: :lol:

Brushless bearing fans r silent.If u find any that would cost you surely.Try Vickram plaza in Pettah.It is an Electronic world like radioshack.U will find even one or two.

yeah.I hav 11 fans inside my PC. only GPU fan and 120mm is audible.120mm is bearly audible.Cant swap the GPU cooler.no money+hav to import+ void warranty
