what if we change our ip address and delete all cookies?? can someone cheat google adsense in that way?

if we delete cookies and change ip address after each click, and if we load the page few times in the same way without clicking ads to avoid the CTR problem, do you think that the google can detect us cheating?

when u clear ur cookies n reconect , u get a new ip true
but there is smething called MAC ADDRESS n that's a static one
