ya man i went to change my sim & they told me only they can change the package..
the difference is there is a manu like the mobitel sim & its better to keep yo celltel sim coz u get advantages on celltel sim..

IF U DONT EXCHANGE NO PROBELM COZ IT WORKS. MINE WAS WORKING. AND ALSO ITS NOT CELLTEL WAS TAKEN OVER BY TIGO. ITS JUST THAT CELLTEL HAS CHANGED THEIR BRAND NAME. IF U DONT BEILIVE ME U CAN CHK IT WIT DA LANKA DOMAIN REGISTRY. DA TIGO.LK WEB SITE DOMAIN IS REGISTERED TO CELLTEL LANKA (PVT) LTD. I HEARD FRM A FRIEND DAT CELLTEL HAS DONE A SURVEY AND HAS FOUND DAT THEIR POPULARITY IS GOING DOWN COZ OF DA NAME CELLTEL. SO DATS WHY THEY CHANGED. SUM SAY DAT DA SINGAPORE COMPANY WHICH OWNS CELLTEL HAS DONE A PARTNERSHIP WIT TIGO NETWORKS TO MAKE DA SERVICES MORE IMPROVE.!! ALL IN ALL IF DA SERVICE IMPROVES ITS GOOD FOR US ISNT IS??

Actuall i went to change the sim they told they cannot change the sim only they can change the package it's no use changing the package Coz the new sim has an Manu like the mobitel sim...
