Yes. It works. However, I got a slight problem after using it. Firefox started to act a bit slowly, I mean there were several timeouts. It could have been a coincidence. I didn't play with it much anyway.

I have only tested TCP Optimizer. It speeds up the connection for sure, but I don't know if there are any side effects :sorry:

It's not a download manager. It tweaks the Windows registry to speed up the overall download speed.
