1.SILECT the FOLDER that u want remove the name.

2.Right Click on it & Click RENAME.

3.Alt + 0160 (U MUST type "0160" using NUMPAD)

4.Then press ENTER..

Also if you have set thumbnail view in XP, if you double click on the folder while hitting and holding down shift key, you will not see the names.
