Can anyone Tell Me How To Change(Customize) Windows Startup, Shutdown,Logon and logoff screens:confused:

ummm...u can remove stuff from the startup like this.......
go 2 RUN.........type "msconfig".......'OK"..........then go 2 startup tab.......untick the programs u dont want to hav them on startup......eg:banners of softwares and stuff can b removed...........

Style XP is the one. But try not use it as the general skinning application, because AFAIK, it will slow things down.
