Microsoft has quietly released a patch aimed at improving the performance of Internet Explorer 7's phishing filter ahead of the company's regular patching schedule, which occurs on the Tuesday of every month.
The update was made available last week on Microsoft's website (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/928089), according to a blog entry on IEBlog, which is written by the IE team at Microsoft.
This update addresses an issue some users experience when navigating to a page with multiple frames, or where frames are being navigated simultaneously, according to the post by IE Program Manager Steve Reynolds. This kind of navigation occurs when the IE phishing filter, which attempts to block access to sites that may try to defraud web users, evaluates a web page when a user navigates to it. The result is multiple simultaneous evaluations for the same page, Reynolds wrote in his post.

thats hell true machan
I love IE 7 and it can keep history much better than Firefox. In firefox you can't browse offline at all. IE 7 loads some pages much faster too.
Anyway i'm using all 3 bowsers IE, FF and Opera

Yeah Bro, join my club :)
Yeah, am also using offline mode very much, coz am dial-up, Its a damn usefull feature not to be missed
Yeah cant beat IE's cache management (again usefull on dial-up)
I once in a while use Firefox to verify web designs, its the test bed  , coz if a webpage looks ok, without any mishaps in Firefox, It might look excellent 100% done in IE
Opera is just pimped out Firefox
when i am on GPRS firefox almost can't load web pages. it expires or just endless loading...
But IE can do it really well. Even better than Opera. Best for slow connections and wireless internet like GPRS.
Other thing really easy to make web pages to IE :D for firefox and opera you need bit extra effort.

I don't know about you, but FF has been the fastest browser at the time I tested Opera 9, IE7 beta and FF1.5. And for ADSL users, history is no big deal, and you'll agree with it soon.
Anyway, Firefox's extensions makes it a super browser :D

Well thats for ADSL and broadband, but not for Dialup or any slower connections  :D
Well for broadband fastest is Opera in my opinion. But FF has better support community with lot of extensions.

That freaky part is new
I don't know what pages they take to test, but some pages really loads faster in IE than any other browser.
As example Gmail loads faster in IE than firefox. May be its due to IE's cache management but anyway its doing it much faster.

not only AJAX, loading of those pages. I mean normal ones without AJAX or javascripts. It has much better cache management than FF as i guess.
Even you can see it in Elakiri pages which uses AJAX
