LTTE triggers claymore mine, civilian killed- Konketiyawa

LTTE terrorists have triggered a claymore mine targeting a tractor, killing one civilian at Konketiyawa, Buttala this morning (May 5) at around 9.50.

According to available information, the tractor belonging to the Pelawatta sugar cooperation was along the Goonaganara - Illukpitiya Road during the time of explosion. The Buttala Police is conducting further investigations.
