That's right. But its protected by professionals by policies and practice. What we have to do is to protect from our end. They will take care of the other end. :D . Especially this is the truth of yahoo. Msn is more weak and especially customer care. If you can answer the Qs. ... They will reset it for u

Mail account can be easilly hacked if you don't know how to protect your accounts. If u do not log off, if u save the passwords in messengers, If you don't clear your cookies, if you access phishing sites or infected cookies, If your machine has key loggers installed, if your machine has backdoor viruses, if your machine's web traffic and lan traffic is monitored, if your machine is backed up (by admins), If your password is easy to guess, if you have an easilly guessable security Q answers, if you have an hotmail account :D (hotmail is easilly hacked more than other mail accounts, Last ting I have to say is if you don't know any idea about information security :D , you can't protect your mail account
