machang the image is the "nelum malak with a power on icon middle of it". eka wateta tiyena orange doted shade eka ganna widiya tamai denaganna owna.( it is not my sigi)

where did u got the images, if it from the web see whether u could open it in offline mode. y i'm saying this is it could be a links to the images which is not saved in you pc

i want to get the outline border of the orange circle of it. you can see it is shading with gradually increasing dots to the border. how to get that effect with photoshop?
