In Windows Vista an Operation Succesfull = ERROR!

I just installed Windows Vista Today , and also installed PHP/Apache, and all the others things I need, and I found a nice joke in this new version of Windows

I got an ERROR Message BOX that's telling me that the Error Is "The operation completed successfully" So if this is an error... then what's not an ERROR?!
