North Korea threatened military action Wednesday against U.S. and South Korean warships plying the waters near the Koreas' disputed maritime border, raising the specter of a naval clash just days after the regime's underground nuclear test.

That's the million dollar question!

I think CHINA will be neutral, 70% of NK imports are from CHINA it seems they cannot trade with others because of the sanctions by UN.

Only CHINA has total power to bring NK on its knees, unless US can convince CHINA to put sanctions on NK, NK will carry on with its weapons program!
