OpenOffice is no more? Or is still there?

I just found out that there is now something called "Oxygen Office". In the description, it says "formerly known as OpenOffice". What the hell happened? Does anyone know?

i think "Oxygen Office" is a windows friendly variation of "Open Office" and Open Office is still there
