APC is a good brand.

Stay away from Prolink, PowerTree and Panora.

Well, when it comes to pc s Panoras are shit with an extra bit of warrenty! But I don't know about UPS s, and that's why am asking!

Yeah, I think I'd consider the Viper Elite UPS. That 100,000 insurance thing is really cool too ne.

1. Can't hold the PC online for more than 5 minutes - it's the battery though
2. Can't monitor or auto shutdown
3. Lightning protection is cool. I don't have to worry about leaving the PC on through the night ;)

I don't think so. I think APC is more expensive.
