Look at word again, and notice the smaller word parts to unlock the meaning of the whole word.;)
pneumono = pertaining to the lungs, as in pneumonia
ultra = beyond, as in ultraviolet rays
micro = small, as in microscope
sopic = to view or look at
silico = from the element silicon
volcano = the meaning of this is obvious
koni = dust
osis = a suffix indicating illness, as in trichinosis
Now putting the parts together again, we can deduce that " Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis" is a disease of the lungs caused by extremely small particles of volcanic ash and dust.
