There are free web hosting sites, you can register with one of them. Or use something like google pages. If it is only for 2 HTML pages.

If you register with a free online hosting service then they will provide you a way to upload your files to their server. It could be just a simple FTP account or some proprietary upload client, depends on the service.

Otherwise you can run a web server in your own computer at home (or office). But depending on your upload bandwidth, people outside may experience speed issues when loading pages off your site. If you decide to have your own web server then you can use a Dynamic DNS service like DynDNS or No-ip to get a static DNS name for your dynamic IP.
