This site (http://www.vistasp1.net/) will be updated with the updates which are supposed to come in SP1. Up to now, none of the updates released on this site are not available via Windows Update.

Remember, when you download the "released" updated listed on that site, Windows Genuine Advantage will check if your Vista copy is legitimate. It will deactivated any pirated Vista installations, so proceed with caution.

Some other site. But you have to download from Microsoft. They are merely links to the actual updates.
