FINALLY GOT ADSL

i finally got adsl, but i have a little problem. i d'loaded some videoz off elakiri. the speed was about 55KBPS. but it took a long time to download Azureus (9 MB) speed was around 30KBPS. help me to improve my speed:( :( :( :(

Normally if you get around 80% x 64kBps = 51.2kBps, you are doing very well. Anything higher is bonus :)
