For the first time in five years, Manuel Uribe, 41, was able to leave his house. Mr. Uribe asked for help through the press last year, when he was weighting 1200 pounds. Now, one year later, he lost 400 pounds, and is trying to lose 260 more, to be able to get on his feet again.
