I found some more HD videos for using as animated wallpaper (Windows Dreamscene Ultimate Extra) in Windows Vista.

Videos are in MOV (QuickTime) format there. You have to use media-convert.com (http://media-convert.com/) or SUPER (http://www.erightsoft.net/S6Kg1.html) to convert them into WMV format.

Convert to mpeg2 if you can. It will lower the CPU usage DRAMATICALLY!!!
WMV uses more CPU cycles. Actually, much more!!!

If you find a way to convert *.dream files to some other format, please let me know. I wasn't able to find one (yet) :(

Dude, you can't do much with it. It's only to package your VIDEO files into DREAM files. It's not an editor :(
