The Los Angeles Police Department has told Entertainment Tonight and Entertainment Tonight Canada Michael Jackson's death is not being treated as a homicide, as stated on the entertainment website TMZ.com. The LAPD says the story in not true and that their investigation is still ongoing.
TMZ alleges the evidence points to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of the pop legend's death.

"Law enforcement sources say there is already 'plenty of powerful evidence' linking Dr. (Conrad) Murray as the person who administered the drug to Jackson," the website alleges. "The evidence includes various items found in Jackson's house, including the Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank."

Jackson's family members have repeatedly spoken out about Murray's potential role in his ill-timed death. Murray's lawyers say he's been cleared of any involvement.

But according to TMZ, Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if the doctor administered the Propofol.

In the days following Jackson's death, many of his family members suggested the singer was murdered.

"I believe Michael was murdered," his sister La Toya Jackson told Britain's News of the World newspaper. "I felt that from the start. Not just one person was involved, rather it was a conspiracy of people. He was surrounded by a bad circle. Michael was a very meek, quiet, loving person. People took advantage of that. People fought to be close to him, people who weren't always on his side."

Jackson's sister also suggested money and greed were motivating factors.
"Less than a month ago, I said I thought Michael was going to die before the London shows because he was surrounded by people who didn't have his best interests at heart," she said. "Michael was worth more than a billion dollars. When anyone is worth that much money, there are always greedy people around them. I said to my family a month ago, 'He's never going to make it to London.' He was worth more dead than alive."

Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson has also claimed that "foul play" led to his son's death.

Maybe they thought he had a gun or maybe he thought he would outrun them and they took action first as to shot him down. And yea, did you send a copy to the News station. Probably would be a lawsuit against the LAPD file by the deceases family members. Sorry for offtop: As news of the A/1H1N Swine Flu pandemic spreads so do the rumours and fear. One persistently reoccurring statement is that existing flu treatments Tamiflu and Ralenza (generic names: Oseltamivir and Zanamivir) are not effective against the newest strain of Swine Flu. These rumours are not true; Tamiflu and Ralenza (Oseltamivir and Zanamivir) are considered to be effective and viable Swine Flue treatments.Do you have tamiflu? I have bought here - Tamiflu (http://health-council.com/pill/Tamiflu)Everybody must have.
