Ok, it's simple. If it's torrent that you are interested in here it goes.
First of all you will have to download a torrent client. There are many clients. I recommend uTorrent. Google it and you will find it.
>> Once you do that you have three things to do.
1. Configure your torrent client.
2. Create an exception in ur firewalls for the torrent.
3. Foward ur port correctly.

The first thing is make sure that you don't randomize the torrent port everytime you log in ok. Furthermore make sure that your global uploading rate does not exceed 12kbps.
Secondly in your windows firewall, under the exceptions area you will have to create exceptions to the port you are using for the torrent. (under both TCP and UDP)
Thirdly you will have to foward your port correctly from the router or the modem you are using. The way to foward this depends on the brand of ur hardware. So I can't guide you any further without knowing it.

You will only see a performance gain in area where complex mathematics are used (eg: video rendering, encoding/decoding video, encryption, archiving, mathematical modeling), because the algorithms are simple to perform mathematical operations on large values (values larger than 2^32 for example).

If you need a performance comparison; I used 32bit and 64bit 7-zip program decompress a 400MB+ cabinet file, which comes inside Acrobat Professional setup CD. In 32bit one, it took 2 minutes and 20 seconds. In 64bit one, it took 1 minute and 22 seconds, which is 70% faster. :)

Also, now, Windows for example, can address more than 4GB RAM without using PAE (Physical Address Extension) In fact, 32bit Windows XP for example, can't even show more than 3.5GB more of the times, because the address space also includes memory for device drivers and video RAM.

64bit OSes are more secure as well. This is not really because of the OS, but because a 64bit OS is required to unleash the hardware security features such as hardware based Data Execution Protection. Address Space Layout Randmonizer, a new feature in Vista is also available only in 64bit editions.

Then you can search for anything you are looking for like music, videos, films etc. The search results will be typically based on number of seeders and leachers available for the torrent you searched for. Then you can click on any torrent there and they will let you download the torrent file. Save this file somewhere and you can use you torrent client to open this file and as soon as u do this the client will start downloading the real file that you wanted.

Yes obviously. Ur torrent client act as a very good download manager. You can pause your downlads and restart them whenever you want. Also when you have multiple downloads you can even define higher priorities to the urgent ones.

The affair between ADSL modems and uTorrent is that, ur torrent client accepts incoming data through a port. If you have uTorrent you can see this port number under Options => Preferences => Conection. So your ADSL modem or the router should be modified to open this port inorder to maintain a high downloading speed. The way to do this depends on the brand of your modem or router.

Why?

Mother Board should have 64Bit Support ne?
It's not the motherboard. It's the CPU that has to have 64bit.

For example, there are S775 Prescott CPUs which are 64bit and not. Both can be installed on the same motherboard provided the motherboard supports the new CPU. This support has nothing to do with the 64bit. Just that the motherboard has to identify this new processor - that's all.

64bit is all in the CPU. Having just a 64bit CPU doesn't mean anything either. You need to have a 64bit OS, otherwise it will still work in 32bit mode. Having a 64bit CPU and a 64bit OS doesn't meaning anything either. You need NATIVE 64bit software to get the advantage.

Yes, you can run 32bit software on a 64bit environment as long as they are compatible. Most system software doesn't work without modification because they have to work with the system. Still, only 64bit native software will benefit from 64bit technology, not the compatible ones.

But in Vista, there are restrictions for normal people to move to 64bit.
* All your drivers have to be not only 64bit, but also digitally signed.
* People who overclock their video cards are lost, unless they mod the BIOS (which I will do as soon as I get the BIOS ;))
* You need to have more RAM, because native 64bit software allocates larger chunks of RAM than before, whether or not they are used. 64bit on a 1GB RAM PC doesn't make any sense. Even 2GB is not quite enough actually. However, if you have 4GB, you don't really have a choice because you will have to use 64bit for the OS to see all your RAM.
* Software support, even from the well known developers sux!!! At least Microsoft should have made a 64bit Office suite. Adobe doesn't have a 64bit flashplayer, so we can't use a 64bit browser. :(
