All the ports are blocked, EXCEPT the one which uses utorrent

i am using windows XP service pack 2

i have turn off the windows firewall and even have it disabled from computer management > services. (this means there is no firewall at all)

i have correctly forwarded the ports in my usr9108 router. (using a static IP etc. etc. according to portforward.com )

but the strange thing is each time i check for open ports using port scanners all of the forwarded ports are blocked!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT the port which is used by uTorrent is working perfectly!!!!!!!

eg :- i have forwarded the ports XXXXX, YYYYY, ZZZZZ

say, my u torrent uses the port XXXXX , it is accepting connections when i use "Test if port is forwarded properly" button. however YYYYY and ZZZZZ are blocked.

now i change the uTorrents "current port" to YYYYY. now YYYYY is accepting the incomming connections but XXXXX and ZZZZZ are blocked...........

i want all of my forwarded ports to be unblocked........

so please please help me.... please tel me how can i get these ports open????

may be its block from router
all upload ports is ok to unblock
but only needed download ports should be unblocked viruses will come one after one if u unblock all :P

no. those arent blocked from da router.
