The much publicized Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush romance has apparently worn itself out, with the two year long relationship officially headed for splitsville. As confirmed by Bush’s representative speaking to Us magazine, the couple have decided to apparently amicably part ways.
Bush, the 24 year-old New Orleans Saints Standout had been dating Kardashian, the 28 year-old who is best known for her stint in the reality series “Keeping up with the Kardashians” since April 2007.
The cause of the break-up has been reported to be the lack of time that the busy couple had been spending with each other, thanks to the hectic schedules in their respective professional lives.
Apparently, they had been seeing less and less of each other, with their conflicting schedules, and the distance was beginning to show signs of strain on the relationship.
According to sources close to the couple, while the “cutest couple” made quite a pretty sight, their lives were seemingly taking them in different directions. The decision to end it, however, has reportedly been mutual, with the couple not holding grudges, and being adults about the whole thing.
Quite the refreshing departure from the common celebrity messy-break-ups and ensuing mudslinging matches, the couple in question are apparently “very sad” with the way things have worked out, or not.
With Bush being headed for the new ball season this week, and slotted to take off for training camp, and the gorgeous brunette Kardashian scheduled to begin filming a new season of her reality show, it comes as no particular surprise though, that career demands have been taking a toll on the glamorous couple’s love life.
