Need For Speed Undercover

I am lucky to install NFS Undercover(4.2GB) successfully in 5 th attempt. But I am unlucky to play it. When I open the game,full black screen comes and crashes.Then error massage comes(Don't send). Following are my computer's information.

Foxconn 945 GC Motherboard(Intel chipset)
Dualcore 2.0Ghz
2 GB ram
on board vga (224mb-Intel)
on board sound
with Win XP Professional

Anybody know a solution for this?
Send replies to my post who are lucky to play this game and unlucky as me also .
