As Ive mentioned elsewhere in the forum, Im working part time as a freelance web developer and I work with Joomla. For sometime now I've been thinking of getting bigger and involving few others in the work that I do.
I need two types of people; designers and developers.
Designers:
Should be able to come up with a 'design' for a website, once given with the idea and the motivation behind the site. You will get a bit of background of the company, what sort of image/impression they are trying to project through their web site and you should be able to create a PSD (photoshop file) with the design of how the website should look. The PSD will have to be a layerd file with hi-qual images. This will be later given to a developer who will create the site based on your images/design.
Developers:
I need people with strong PHP skills and know their way around Joomla and MVC. The types of jobs I get involve not setting up a site using Joomla and configuring some modules and comps, but rather reverse engineering existing 3DP products and writing new components modules for Joomla. For most of these, you will not have any documentation of the coding. You will just have to look at the code and figure it out.
If you think you are up for the job, drop me a PM with the fee you usually charge (preferably quoted as an hourly charge) and example work that you did. Alternatively you can post your bids here, in case you think it will be useful in the future (if someone else comes looking, they will see this and may contact you.)
I'll try to reply back within 24 hours, if not definitely by Sat.
Btw, Im also looking for some developers who know Objective C. If there is anyone, drop an email.
