Guys if i'm not mistaken there can't b a DVD cutter. only VCD cutters. If you want to cut DVD files first you will have to convert VOB files into AVI or MPG files and then cut them using VCD cutter. Not really sure about it though. I will find about it and get back to you.

Those are not DVD cutters. They are DVD Rippers.

Try to find ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum. Yes, it's a ripper, but it can cut DVD files (.vob).
