I need help in Java Language

Hi all, Im a Maldivian studying in here Sri Lanka. I have been assigned a little assignment in Java and i'm having trouble in doing it. I'm not much familiar with java and the lecturer who taught java was not very helpful. Is there anyone who can help me out with my assignment? :(

It doesnt matter if anyone can take me a class, i'm ready to pay for it. Hope there's someone who can help....
