I got RAR file through E-mail (OE6)... But, I couldn't access it...

I got PPS file again today.. It's also same...

What should I do now to save attachments....

It's about time you moved to something else. Try Thunderbird. It's nice. (but it doesn't support hotmail or msn accounts anymore)
