yeh we all get depressed at sum part of our life. Those are the hardships we have to face in our lives. If we can win these obstacles then that's what make you high. Just take the chill pill and try to be positive. Have an attitude towards the good side of our lives :)

this is a bit of a negetive view but it makes sense...
think of it this way.. if u weren sad at some point hoiw would u ever really knw that u were happy??? prolonged periods of happiness in general are not realistic.. to lve life u have to face whatever obstacles that come in ur way... tru sadness may be involved but dont u think that getting through a rough patch like dat itself is a brilliant achievement? a goal achieved... a feeling of success...
dont worry bout feelin down or bein sad.. sometimes the reall thing u need is a friend .. or u just need to talk.. the best thing to do would be to find someone u trust and just talk.. not necessarily bout problems but in general.. communication is the secret to gettin through lifes hardships...
maybe im wrong but just think abt it does make some sense..
